Emotion is energy, emotion is power, emotion is everything. We human beings are the creature of emotion.
Realize that the emotion we are feeling right now is a gift. a guideline, a support system, a call to action. 
If you are trying to drive them out of your life then you are squandering one of the most precious resources of life. 

Basically, we feel two kinds of emotions positive and negative. But what if the negative emotion we are feeling at this moment is merely a call to action.

The 10 Action Signals of Negative Emotion  

1. Discomfort 

    Uncomfortable emotions don't have a tremendous amount of intensity but it can bother us for a long time.


  • Boredom, Impatience, Unease, Distress. it gives you a message that something is not quite right.


  • Change your state by changing your perception. talk to someone about this.

2. Fear 

    Fearful emotions include a low-level concern to intense worry and anxiety.


  •  The message is simple, something bad may be happening and you need to be prepared for it.


  •  Figure out why you are feeling fearful. whats can go wrong and we take immediate action to prevent it. have faith.

3. Hurt

    The feeling of hurt is generated by a feeling of loss. this is the biggest problem in any relationship


  • The message is simple, we have an expectation that has not been met.


  • Communicate your feeling of loss to the person involved.


    Angry emotion includes a mild sense of irritation to furious kind of feelings


  • The message of anger is that an important rule or standard of your life is violated by someone else or maybe even by you.


  • Ask yourself more empowering questions . change your perception. Think about the rules that are violated are not necessarily the right rules.


    Anytime we feel like we are surrounded by roadblocks in our life we are continuously putting effort but don't get any reward or result we feel the motion off frustration.


  • The message is a positive one. Your brain believes you can do much better than what you are doing.


  • The solution is simple to find a role model who did something exciting to get the result you want. real success stories. Just give your brain some ideas to find the solution.


    If you don't deal with it quickly it will become the most destructive emotion. It is the feeling of being missout something fore ever. Basically, anything which makes you feel sad or defeated due to expecting more and getting less which generates the feeling of disappointment.


  • The message is that you expecting something which is not going to happen. Its time to change your expectation and make it more appropriate.


  • Set a new goal which will be more empowering and help you to grow even faster.


   The feelings of guilt or regret most people want to avoid. this is a very painful emotion but gives a very useful message.


  • Guilt tells you that you violated one of your most important standards and you must do something immediately to ensure that you are not going to violate that again.


  • Commit yourself not to repeat the same behavior again in the future.


    The feeling of unworthiness occurs anytime we feel we can't do something we should be able to do.


  • The message is that you need more skills, tools, information, and confidence to complete the task.


  • The solution is that you need to feel confident. change your belief system, do some research, and develop skills that will make you feel confident.

9-Overload or Overwhelm 

    Grief and helplessness are feelings of overload or overwhelm.


  • The message is that you are trying to deal with too many things at a time. You don't know what is important to you in this situation.


  • The solution is simple, Make the priority list. Ask yourself what is the most important thing for me in this situation.


    Anything that makes you feel apart or separated from something falls under this category.


  • The message is that you need a connection with people.


  • Realize that you can make friends. Go out and meet new people. make connection.

A House That Never Was

  My name is Alok, and I was working as a freelance writer.  A few days ago I got a mail to write an article about Heerapur jungle. The locals say this is one of the mysterious and haunted places of India. I took that project because they were paying me $10,000 for a single article. The place was nearly 200 km from my house, so I took my laptop, some necessary gear and drove to that place in my car.
